Whatever your age, athletic ability or ambition, Harling Athletics Club has a training session to suit you.
We offer training and competition in road running, all aspects of track and field and also in cross country.
All our coaches are excellent and dedicated to helping you to be the best athlete you can be.
There are also plenty of opportunities to get involved as a volunteer or official – essential roles that help our club to thrive and develop.
Seniors Training Times
9:00 - 10:00 - Running Session
10:00 - 10:30 - Strength & Conditioning Session
08:00 Long Runs - distances and times vary base on demand.
19:00 - 20:00 - Running Session
The running sessions will be field or road based, depending on weather and daylight. Strength & Conditioning will be indoors, Long runs will be on the road or West Harling woods.
