Lotus Test Track Running Evening
Date: Friday, 17 June 2022
Location: Hethel, near Wymondham, NR14 8EZ
Harling AC, together with Breckland Chasers, are proud to announce the second Running Evening on the Lotus Test Track at Hethel, near Wymondham on Friday, 17 June 2022.
There will be a range of races for different ages and abilities on the level, flat and traffic free tarmac at the Lotus headquarters and the evening will finish with food and refreshments.
Race Timetable:
18:30 – 2.5k Junior Race
19:00 – 10k Senior Race
19:05 – 5k Team Race
Food & refreshments will be served from the end of the junior race. All races will take place around a 2.5km course around the FIA standard test track, steering pad and pit lane.
Junior Race 1 lap, 2.5km.
Runners must be between 9 to 15 years on the day of the race.
Prizes: Medals for all finishers.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd boy and girl in under 11, under 13 & under 15 age groups.
10k Senior Race 4 laps.
Minimum age 15 years.
Prizes: Medals for all finishers.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd male and female and 1st, 2nd & 3rd age graded male and female.
5k Team Race 2 laps. This race is a little bit different!
Teams must consist of between 3 & 5 runners, with a minimum age of 13 years.
The emphasis is on TEAM. The position of each team will be determined by when their THIRD runner crosses the finish line.
Prizes: Medals for all finishers.
Trophies for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd teams.

Harling AC Relay & London Marathon 2022
Next year's Harling AC Relay and the London Marathon will be on the same date:
Sunday, 2nd October 2022.
This is not a coincidence! The 2022 HAC Relay will be run over a 26.2 mile course, so anyone wanting to run the Virtual London Marathon can run the entire route. Everyone else can pop in and out as you wish and give support to all the hardy souls.
The route will be determined by those running the Virtual Marathon, so will be announced nearer the time.
Anyone interested in running the Virtual London Marathon next year, please get in touch and we'll try and set up the relay course to suit you.
