HAC Presentation Evening 2026

Saturday 25th April 2026 at 7pm at the Sports and Social Club, East Harling.

You are all invited to the HAC Presentation Evening on Saturday 25th April (7:00pm arrival for a 7:30pm start) - an evening to celebrate achievements, recognise members’ efforts throughout the year, along with a fun “Virtual Human Race Night with Chilli.

The race night will follow a quiz-style format, where small teams seated at tables will select athletes they think will win each race and place bets using virtual money. The team with the highest total winnings at the end of the evening will be crowned champions.

There is no charge for attending the evening; however, we kindly ask for a £5 contribution if you would like food.

If you’re able to assist those that have already stepped forward in preparing a batch of chilli (for example, in a slow cooker), we would greatly appreciate it. Food costs will, of course, be reimbursed—please let us know if you intend on doing this so we can coordinate the catering.
